1 Once funding has been secured for your local Slimming World on Referral Scheme, it takes just one call to obtain voucher packs from the Slimming World on Referral Team at Slimming World Head Office.

2 Slimming World provides Slimming World on Referral training to local Slimming World Consultants and your team.

3 Vouchers are supplied to cover the joining fee and an initial 12 weeks’ group attendance.

4 Information provided by Slimming World to you and your patients includes details of where to access a local Slimming World group and what to expect at the group.

5 Slimming World provides you with an audit of patient attendance and weight loss.

6 Continuation vouchers are available for a further 12 weeks for those patients who you decide would benefit from continued referral.
